INGREDIENTS

3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour

1 Teaspoon Salt

4 Teaspoons Baking Powder

2 Teaspoons/Packs Sweetener

4 Eggs

1 1/2 Cups Evaporated Milk

1/3 Cup of Melted Butter

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl mix together the  coconut flour, salt, baking powder and sweetener.

Preheat the waffle iron to your desired temperature.

In a separate bowl beat the eggs, then stir in the evaporated milk, melted butter and vanilla extract.

Pour the milk mixture into the coconut flour mixture.

Beat until blended.

Ladle the mixture into the preheated waffle iron.

Cook the waffles until golden and crisp.
